Product Licence

Unless a product page includes a different licence, this licence applies to digital files purchased from DigProX.

What you may do

The purchaser may download and adapt the files for their own work or one business they operate. You may use completed outputs, such as a quote PDF created from a purchased workbook, in work for your customers. Keep backup copies for your permitted use.

What you may not do

Do not resell, share, sublicense, publish or distribute the source workbook, template, code, editable design or other purchased source files as a standalone product, free download or part of a competing bundle. Do not give customers access to the underlying editable product unless the product’s specific licence allows it.

Ownership and other software

Purchasing a product grants permission to use it under this licence; it does not transfer ownership or give exclusive rights. You must obtain any separately required software or third-party licences. A product’s supported software is stated on its product page.

Your work and responsibilities

You are responsible for your data, changes and the accuracy of the outputs you use. Check outputs before sending them to customers or relying on them for business decisions.
