These terms apply to use of the DigProX website and purchases of its digital products. Read the product description, software requirements, Product Licence and Refund Policy before ordering.

Product information and compatibility

Each product page describes the included files and supported software. Do not assume compatibility with an unlisted platform. Product previews may contain fictional example information. You are responsible for checking whether a product suits your task and for reviewing any output before using it.

Orders and delivery

Prices and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Digital file access is provided through the purchase and download process once the order qualifies for access. Keep your order reference and contact support if a paid download cannot be accessed.

Accounts

Use an email address you control, keep your credentials private and contact us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Do not use the site to interfere with another customer’s account or file access.

Permitted use

Products are licensed for the uses set out in the Product Licence, not sold with unrestricted redistribution rights. Do not redistribute source files, misrepresent authorship, bypass access controls or use the store unlawfully.

Results and support

Files provide a starting point for your work. They do not guarantee revenue, profit or a particular business result. Updated terms apply to future use and purchases unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law gives you.
